Common Questions About Relationship Coaching & Polarity
-
Traditional relationship coaching and therapy often focus on communication techniques and problem-solving strategies.
This work focuses on the underlying dynamics that drive attraction, respect, and connection—including polarity, masculine leadership, and relational awareness.
When those dynamics shift, the relationship improves without needing to manage every interaction. This creates a true second-order change, that has a massive ripple effect.
-
Polarity in relationships refers to the dynamic between masculine and feminine energy that creates attraction. When this is balanced, the relationship thrives.
In many long-term relationships, polarity becomes off balance —leading to less attraction, more tension, or a “flat” or “friendly” dynamic.
Restoring polarity brings back energy, passion, and natural alignment—without forcing behavior or relying on techniques.

While partner sessions can be included, most clients see meaningful change by shifting their own behavior, awareness, and leadership within the relationship.
